What's holding you back

The everyday problems Freebird was built to solve

Manual reminders eat hours a day

One-by-one WhatsApp messages don't scale past a hundred borrowers, and staff burn out from copy-paste.

Borrowers 'forget' when there's no nudge

Without a reminder cadence, EMIs slip a week, then two, then into collections.

SMS alone doesn't cut through

Plain SMS lands in the spam folder or gets ignored. WhatsApp is where borrowers actually respond.

Payment links are two more steps

By the time the borrower opens an app, finds your UPI ID, and types the amount — they've already moved on.

How Freebird solves it

Purpose-built workflows, not generic tools

T-3, T-1, and due-date cadence

Reminders go out automatically on a proven cadence. You can customize timing and copy per loan product.

WhatsApp + SMS dual channel

Freebird sends both — because reach matters more than tidiness. Borrowers pay from whichever they read first.

One-tap UPI payment link

Every reminder carries a pre-filled UPI intent. Borrowers pay in three taps; payment lands on the loan record instantly.

Opt-in and audit-friendly

Templates are approved via WhatsApp Business API. Every message is logged, so your team can review what went where.

Common questions

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?

Freebird provisions WhatsApp Business messaging on your behalf using approved templates. You keep control of sender identity and opt-in.

Can I customize the reminder timing and text?

Yes. You can adjust the cadence per loan product and change the reminder copy — subject to WhatsApp Business template approval.

What languages are supported?

Freebird supports English, Hindi, and several regional languages, matching the language mix your borrowers actually use.

How does the UPI payment link work?

Reminders include a UPI deep link pre-filled with the amount and your VPA. Borrowers tap once, confirm in their UPI app, and the payment reconciles automatically.

What about borrowers who don't use WhatsApp?

SMS is sent as a parallel channel by default, so you're never dependent on a single medium. Voice reminders (AI calling pilot) are available for borrowers who prefer being called.
