Freebird WhatsApp Reminder Agent — Privacy Policy

What this covers

This policy covers the "Freebird WhatsApp Reminder Agent" Chrome extension published by Tilicho Fintech. The extension is an operator tool for Freebird customers: it sends loan payment reminders to a lender's borrowers through the lender's own WhatsApp Web session.

Data the extension handles

• Account authentication. You sign in with the Google account linked to your Freebird account. The extension exchanges this sign-in for an access credential to your Freebird account. The extension never sees or stores your password.
• Loan and borrower data. For each business you enable, the extension retrieves from your Freebird account the loan installments that are due or overdue, including borrower name, WhatsApp phone number, installment amount, and due date.
• Messages. The extension composes payment reminder messages from this data and sends them from your own WhatsApp Web session. A log of each message and its outcome is kept so you can review what was sent.

How data is used

For exactly one purpose: composing and sending loan payment reminders to your own borrowers, and showing you a log of that activity. No analytics, advertising, or profiling.

Where data is stored

Settings, message templates, queues, and send logs are stored locally in your browser (extension storage and IndexedDB). The extension does not operate its own servers; the only services it communicates with are your Freebird account (Freebird's API), Google's sign-in service, and WhatsApp Web in your browser.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties. Data flows only between your Freebird account and your WhatsApp session, both operated by you.

Data removal

Uninstalling the extension deletes all locally stored data. Signing out within the extension invalidates its access credential to your Freebird account. Borrower and loan data itself lives in your Freebird account and is governed by Freebird's main privacy policy.
