FD Manager

Privacy Policy

Last updated 4 September 2026

FD Manager keeps your deposits on your phone. We do not have a server that holds them, we never ask for a bank login, and we cannot see what you track.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, email, PAN, bank account numbers, deposit amounts, interest rates, or anything else you enter into the app. That information is stored only in the app's local database on your device.

The app has no sign-up and no account. It never connects to your bank, and it cannot move money.

What is measured

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to count anonymous usage events, so we can tell which screens are used and where people get stuck. These events carry no amounts, no names, no PAN, and no institution names. Examples: that a deposit was saved, that a reminder was opened, that a calculator was used.

Firebase assigns a random installation identifier. It is not linked to your identity, and we do not combine it with anything else. Google's handling of that data is described in the Firebase privacy documentation.

Purchases

If you buy FD Manager Pro, the purchase is processed by Google Play and validated through RevenueCat. We receive a purchase receipt and an anonymous customer identifier. We never receive your card details, which stay with Google.

Backup

Backup is optional and you control it. A file backup writes an encrypted file to a location you choose. If you turn on Google Drive backup, that file is written to your own Google Drive, under your own account. We have no access to either.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled by your phone, from data already on your phone. Nothing is sent to a server to make a reminder happen, and the notification text is produced on the device.

Permissions

The app requests no other permissions. It does not use your contacts, location, camera, SMS, or call logs.

Children

FD Manager is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app removes the local database and everything in it. Because we hold nothing on a server, there is nothing else for us to delete. If you have a backup file, delete that file yourself.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and, where the change is material, note it in the app's release notes.
